Delivery & Returns

How long will my order take?

Orders can take up to 2 working days to prepare, plus delivery. Please factor this into any gift purchases and allow enough time for it to arrive. 

How much will it cost?

All UK orders ship free of charge, either by Royal Mail or Hermes. 

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Unfortunately, given the problems with Brexit and the resulting paperwork involved in sending orders overseas, we have taken the decision to only accept UK orders for the foreseeable future. 

Where is my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived after 15 working days, please email info@blueammonitedesigns.com. We cannot ask Royal Mail or other couriers to investigate before that time has elapsed. Meanwhile, please check the parcel is not being held by your local Post Office or delivery depot, or whether it has been left with a neighbour.

Can I return an item?

Yes. If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days, stating the reason for your return, and send the item back in saleable condition within 30 days.
