Please be aware that we are a UK-based shop, and that overseas delivery times do not take into account possible delays in customs in the destination country. While we do our best to dispatch promptly, we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive before Christmas.
How long will my order take?
Orders can take up to 2 working days to prepare, plus delivery. Please factor this into any gift purchases and allow enough time for it to arrive, particularly around the busy Christmas period.
How much will it cost?
All UK orders ship free of charge, either by Royal Mail first class post or Hermes. If you require tracked and signed, you can choose that option at checkout – please note there will be an extra charge.
How will it be delivered?
All US orders are sent tracked and signed. For other international customers, your order will be sent by Royal Mail International Standard unless you have upgraded to a tracked and signed option. Please note that we cannot provide a tracking number for standard Royal Mail deliveries.
If you are purchasing from outside the EU, please remember that you may be liable for customs/import charges, and that these are the responsibility of the customer.
Where is my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived after 15 working for UK customers, or 25 working days for international, please email email@example.com. We cannot ask Royal Mail or the courier to investigate before that time has elapsed. Meanwhile, please check the parcel is not being held by your local Post Office or delivery depot, or whether it has been left with a neighbour.
Can I return an item?
Yes. If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days, stating the reason for your return, and send the item back in saleable condition within 30 days.
